I’d shared my morning routine with you earlier this week and while I’d love to believe that ALL my mornings are as peaceful and streamlined as that one, the truth is that I do have mornings when I wake up late, scramble to get dressed myself before rushing Manini and getting her ready for school and then, throw something that resembles food together for breakfast for everyone!
Self care for moms can be tough to weave into a day filled with school drop offs, cooking, playing, cleaning, more cooking, more cleaning, after school activities, laundry, some more cleaning. You get what I mean, right?
Am kicking off a new series of posts this month, called Time Management Tips with Soul.
Too much of our time goes in watching the clock. I feel, however, time is all about treasuring the moment and being more intentional rather than rigid about it.
It’s no secret that I’m an early riser. I’ve been known to wake at unearthly hours like 3:30 A.M but I enjoy that, it’s how my body clock functions and it also means that I’m out like a light by 9:30 P.M.
