[Giveaway] Make Playtime Stress-free and Simplified: Simple Parenting and Play Planner

life is more fun

Hello everyone!

Prerna has generously let me come over here today to tell you about my  project just for moms.

I’m Melitsa and have the podcast: Raising Playful Tot helping mums to make the most of playtime with their young children.

I’m excited to be here today.

Last summer, one lazy afternoon my boys were sharing all the things they fancied doing before the end of summer. Things like go to the ice cream place, go for a midnight walk with torches…their list was long. While they shared the list I thought about the trip to the local Armory, watching them make a cake and finishing that art card set.

There are always things that we dream about and wish would happen but they don’t make it onto our to do list.  Play Activities and family life get a raw deal. We’re good at lists for menu planning, business and cleaning. Why not planning and space play and becoming the family we want?

  1. I think I struggle most with the planning process of it. I have tons of great ideas but then never plan them into the day or I get side tracked etc. It’s a constant battle. *smile*

  2. Brenda Saball says:

The hardest time I have with “play” time with my daughter is getting her to participate

  3. I struggle with having enough time to plan when there is already so much other planning than has to happen!

  4. I love this idea! Thank you so much for the opportunity to get them organized : )

  5. I am very excited about this!!! Looks cute and simple to use!

  6. What I find most difficult is having the best tools to plan playtime with the little ones. I sometimes have a great idea but don’t know the best way to plan/strategize in order to implement fun and functional activities *sigh*

  7. My daughter has only been at school since November and is still struggling with tiredness. Her moods are rather unpredictable so it’s difficult to plan anything – I just have to judge how she is feeling on any given day.

  8. I struggle with planning something fun and interesting for both kids. Master 6 is in grade 1 and loves maths and worksheets and even colouring in now and Ms 3 wants to join in but is not able to do most of this or concentrate for long enough.

  9. Following through. I pin so many wonderful activities… follow all the right blogs and have lots of resources. But it’s the planning and implementing that I must master! I think having a dairy or planner designated to writing down what we’ll do would help. I know I loved being very particular with my planning of days when teaching so I guess I should be doing the same with my children! :)

  10. Mai Tran says:

I need to think about how much energy the kids would have for playing today to decide what game/activity is suitable for them. The most important thing is they don’t get too tired afterwards for eating.

  11. Danijela says:

This is amazing,so generous of you.Not enough time for everything, and sometimes money too.

  12. I struggle with how much time my kids need to make themselves ready to leave the friend’s house when it’s time to go home!

  13. Nicole van der Dussen says:

I struggle finding the motivation to get out if my comfort zone and meet with other parents with children the same age as my daughter

  14. medoKartonski says:

Putting together my free time with theirs!

  15. I think the more I try to make it organized, looked so much like her father and we did so far to make it more organized
