Things have been a little quiet here the last week or so. I didn’t post twice a week. I haven’t been around on Facebook and Twitter…much. And I thought I must share with you why I’m quiet.
There are many reasons but the most important one is that I’m savoring my summer with my daughter and husband.
We’ve been making bookmarks
Coloring on windows
Taking road trips.
Playing in the rain
Among other reasons are that we’ve been busy working behind-the-scenes for a brand-new look for this li’l place and for our place of business, Social Media Direct. We unveiled the new look for Social Media Direct last week. Isn’t it lovely? !
I love the bright, cheery colors that are oh-so-different from most “social media agencies” and you must check out the services page to see how we’ve taken our love for food and mixed it with what we offer. Fun!
Now I can’t wait for the new design for The Mom Writes to be done! My friend and designer extraordinaire, Revka Stearns of Berries and Cream Blog Design is busy at work!
Speaking of new design, there are some changes to the way we’ll be sharing and growing together as moms and home managers too.
As I move through the summer, slowing down, reflecting, reading and thinking about how to best share what I’m doing to simplify our lives, be more intentional, and do more with less while helping YOU to do the same too!
And I figured, the best way to do that will be to ask YOU!
So, here is a short, quick anonymous survey that will tell me how to move forward with the content and community on The Mom Writes and give you the most supportive, encouraging and inspiring online place to hang out at. Click here http://bit.ly/TMW2013Survey
Thank you so much, my dear reader and friend,
I look forward to reading your responses and making changes that make our lives better!
