I have a love/hate relationship with the weighing scale. As a result, there are days when I don’t even look at it. Nonetheless, I cannot deny the fact that there are days when I love stepping on to it, only to see that I’ve lost a pound or two or ten.
Weighing yourself regularly is key to staying healthy and keeping the excess pounds off. While I’m not a proponent of weighing myself every day, I do weigh myself every Sunday, before breakfast! ***laughing*** Keeping a tab on your weight helps you stay motivated, inspired and on track. Even if the needle doesn’t budge, it does in a strange strong way hold you accountable to eating healthy for the rest of the week. Try it!
