When I started out as an online writer, I spent quite a bit of time researching and learning. One of the sites that I frequented was Felicia Williams’ No Job for Mom. The site is not only filled with useful, doable and practical tips for writers and work-at-home moms, it is also a great guide for legitimate writing opportunities, learning to write better and how to work productively (see my review of the FREE ebook that Felicia is offering on her site). In addition, Felicia’s warm encouragement, advice and support has built a community of writers and work-at-home parents that is ever eager to help.
So, when I got the opportunity to guest post for NJFM sharing how I’ve changed my approach to working from home as an online writer, thanks to the recent challenges that our family is facing, I was indeed, honored and thrilled.
Do head over to No Job for Mom to read about how tough times can make you a better writer.
